Authorized personnel can login to review account status, spot-audits, and listen to recorded calls.
DECA can fully configure its systems by adding or modifying fields to capture exactly the information required by our clients. This means that we can also extract the data to create files or reports in any way you require.
Transmit and Receive Data
DECA can and will receive and transmit all data in the electronic formats specified by our clients. We do this by sending and receiving all information via a secure electronic method. This includes data files and reports. We regularly transmit secure files for our clients via FTP and other required methods using security measures to include encryption and secured shells.
Due to the flexible and highly configurable nature of our IT environment, DECA sends files in virtually any method the client requires. Common transfer methods include but are not limited to SFTP, secure Web upload/download, and encrypted e-mail. We commonly encrypt files in any format required by the client including PGP keys, password-protected zip files, and Windows encryption. The bottom line is that we will do whatever our clients require.
